John has been an arbitrator for more than two decades, and has participated in hearings lasting several days to several weeks. Over the last five years, he has handled a broad array of domestic and international cases, serving as arbitration panel chair, panelist member and sole arbitrator. John sits on the commercial panel of the American Arbitration Association (Large Complex Case and Securities subpanels), the Banking, Accounting and Financial Services (including hedge fund) specialized panels of the Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR Institute) and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) & Financial Industries Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he hears a broad variety of sophisticated financial and commercially-oriented cases. Additionally, he has extensive formal arbitration training.
